Refund Policy

As a real local florist, we have established a return and refund policy due to the concerns of online shopping. This will help serve as a guideline in the event that a refund is required.

In the event that an order is claimed as “Not Delivered”, we ask that you contact the shop directly no later that 24 hours after the original delivery date.  We will then research the matter accordingly. In many cases the delivery was attempted however no one was available to accept the order.

If the quality of the arrangement is in question and you are displeased with the order, please contact the shop directly for a refund. However no refunds will be available if we are notified later than 24 hours after the initial delivery. Cancellations must be made before the actual delivery date or else no refund will be offered.

If an incorrect recipient address is provided and the delivery was attempted, no refund will be available. The flower shop must be provided with correct information before the delivery attempt takes place.

We are not responsible for stolen goods, if for example we are instructed to leave the arrangement on the doorstep. Refunds will also not be issued if for any reason the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
